All the Sharks tested the soda mix with the Ice Cream Fizz Cup and they liked it. Robert Herjavec said that his kids would love it. David revealed that last year’s sales were approximately $84,000 from ice cream stores and some independent retail stores.
Kevin Harrington and Daymond John didn’t think this business was scalable, so they refused to invest. Barbara Corcoran said that this is an ice cream cup that would be more suitable for ice cream vendors to sell, and she opted out.
Robert Herjavec and Kevin O’Leary also didn’t find this to be an investable business, so they also declined to fund David.

The Fizz Shark Tank Update
David isn’t ready to give up, and he still believes in selling his product, The Fizz. During our research, we found out that this product is being sold on Amazon. The Fizz’s official website has now been fully redirected to the product’s Amazon page.
The business is still ongoing, and David has started another venture called Frosty Cream Donut in January 2024. We hope he succeeds in this new business endeavor.
