In September 2013, She started a capital platform company named The Vinetta Project, however, She exited this business in Oct 2022. Currently she is Investor and Advisor in Flytographer and Silvernest and also a Council Member in National Women’s Business Council.

The company’s valuation is $12.5 million, and Vanessa said that each Plant Care bottle landed cost $7 to $10 and retails for $21 to $25. She also revealed that the business will be two years old in 2023, and the products are available in 300+ Walmart stores, with an aim to launch in 1700 Target stores this year.
In 2022, sales were approximately $7 million, and she’s aiming for $5 million in sales this year. However, despite the good sales figures, the company isn’t profitable because the profit margins on the product are very low.
Mark Cuban and Candace Nelson declined to invest in the business because, despite strong sales, the profit margin has too low, indicating that the company wouldn’t be able to generate profits.
Daymond John and Lori Greiner declined to invest in the business because they believed that the business wasn’t investable at the current time.
Kevin O’Leary offered $500k for a 5% stake in the company plus a royalty of $1 per unit until $1.5M is paid. Vanessa countered with $0.50 per unit, but Kevin declined, so she decided not to accept his offer.
