After coming into Shark Tank, Stacy asked the Sharks for $140k for 15% equity, valuing the company at $933k. He demonstrated his product and had all four Sharks, except Barbara, try it out.
The product’s making cost is $10, its retail price is $49.95, and the wholesale price is $30. Last year’s sales were $150k, with a profit of about $50k. Stacy plans to generate million-dollar sales through infomercials.
Kevin O’Leary doesn’t believe the product will grow significantly, so he is out. Robert Herjavec said he has no idea if the product will work or not, but he believes a lot of money will be needed to grow the business, so he is out.
Kevin Harrington said that there aren’t enough testimonials for this product, so he is out. Daymond John said that Stacy’s valuation of his company is too high, so he is out.
Barbara Corcoran said she doesn’t believe in the product, so she is out.

Fitness Stride Shark Tank Update
Stacy couldn’t convince the Sharks to invest in his company, and due to insufficient funds, Fitness Stride couldn’t sustain itself in the market for long. Research revealed that the business has closed down.
