Business Pitch Episode Recap

Tim Stansbury asked the Sharks for $40,000 in exchange for 40% equity in their company. His partner Erin Whalen gave a product demonstration and mentioned that their product does not have a patent.

The Sharks really liked the color and logo design of Grease Monkey Wipes. Erin mentioned that they have also trademarked it.

Tim explained that the product was launched only a few months ago and has a gross revenue of $7,400 because each package retails for $1.

Daymond John found the business interesting, but it wasn’t a fit for him, so he is out. Kevin O’Leary said that due to the lack of proprietary issues, he is out.

Kevin Harrington said he doesn’t think the product is unique in the market, so he is out.

Barbara Corcoran and Robert Herjavec teamed up to offer $40,000 for 40% equity, which Erin and Tim accepted.
